  • build rapport and discuss expectations of the company, the employee and the coach 
  • identify issues, bench-marking starting point
  • create a coaching programme and agreed time frame 

2nd Meeting:

  • present coaching programme
  • work on issue/issues within set time frame
  • agree on techniques to put in to practice
    update of meeting by email 

3rd Meeting:

  • review progress
  • measure issue worked on and compare to start point, further work if necessary
  • work on next issue/issues within set time frame
  • agree on techniques to put in to practice
    update of meeting by email 

Future meetings:

as above until all issues resolved

Last meeting:

  • reflect on coaching programme
  • present personalised coaching programme containing techniques used 

6 month review:

  • Follow up telephone call to discuss progress and any further issues.
